A Message to Our Sweet 16 Clients
The senior staff members of E-Squared Productions have all been involved in the
entertainment industry for many years. In that time, we have performed at several hundred
Sweet 16 events, and have an excellent idea of what it takes to make YOUR affair a success!
We have developed this “Sweet 16 Planner” in order to give us all the information we need to
perform at your affair. Some of the questions we ask are exactly what you’d expect (for
example, your candle songs). Others are more unique, like finding out your colors and theme
so that we can make sure our attire matches as well.
We want the planning of your Sweet 16 to be as painless as possible. We also want to make
sure that, on the night of your affair, you are having fun instead of constantly speaking to us
about the music, upcoming dances, etc etc. The more detailed your answers are to the
questions in this planner, the smoother your affair will run, at least in terms of your
entertainment. We also understand that you may not be able to answer all of these questions
definitely… so we just ask that you give us as much information as possible. If there are other
things you wish us to know, please tell us in Section 14 of the planner.
